KPB Walking Route #1

This is a smooth, easy walk that takes about 30 minutes to complete, perfect for a lunch break. It loops around the entire exterior of the Lloyd Center Mall and takes you through the lush Holladay Park, one of the few green spaces in the Lloyd district.

1 miles / 1.609344 km

This course is 1 mi long and takes you from KPB to the mall and back. Enter in through Nordstrom and circle one lap around the mall and then return back to KPB. This is a great course for rainy or windy weather and very easy to fit in within 20-30 minutes.

3.6 miles / 5.7936384 km

This course is 3.62 mi long and takes your from KPB to the waterfront esplanade. This is a great course because it takes you over 2 bridges and it's a gorgeous route. Another good feature is it can be modified to whatever distance you would like to do. If you're looking for something shorter, don't cross the river (stay on the east side) and head south for as long as you want before you turn around. If you're looking for something longer, try doing multiple loops. Elevation gain is 174 feet- there are some hills returning back to KPB.

2.9 miles / 4.6670976 km

This course is approx. 3 miles (depending on the distance your're looking for). Course takes you from KPB west towards the Rose Garden, across the steel bridge and into downtown Portland on Glisan.
