What Wellness Means to Me: Feeling strong and balanced in my vitality buckets and happy. It’s being mindful of prioritizing time and energy for what I truly value in life and living with intention each day towards what matters most.
About Me: Dr. Deschamps has worked at NWP since 2007 as a family medicine physician at the West Salem MOB in Salem. She has held a number of leadership roles at NWP, including Physician in Charge in West Salem and Family Medicine Lead in Salem/West Salem.

About Me: Dr. Steiner has worked at NWP since 2009 as a gynecological oncologist and currently works in our Mt. Talbert Medical Office Building. Her previous leadership roles at NWP include Gynecological Oncology Task Force Lead and Robotics Steering Committee Co-Chair.
Ruth Chang, MD, VP and Chief People Officer

About Me: Dr. Chang has worked at NWP since 2005 as a family medicine physician and in that time has held several leadership roles. Most recently she served as the Director of Financial Health, and previously was Director of Diversity, and Physician Service Area Director for the West Service Area.

About Me: Justin has worked at NWP since 2014. He came to the Pacific Northwest, via Nebraska and has worked in community health and wellness for 15 years. Justin spends his time outside of work living the wellness model by competing in triathlons, hiking, and traveling.
Drs. Deschamps and Steiner work with Justin, to implement and evaluate wellness strategies, programs and processes that NWP needs to optimize the health and wellness of our physicians and staff.
