Mindfulness is being increasingly recognized as a relevant
science, an attainable ability, and an integral part of personal
wellness. Embracing Your Path to Mindfulness skills and experience to bring mindfulness forward in individuals’ professional and personal lives.
This six-hour class is held at the World Forestry Center in Portland. It comprises a full day of lectures and small and large group discussions, as well as hands on practice and technique learning.
