Embracing Your Path to Mindfulness
Mindfulness is being increasingly recognized as a relevant
science, an attainable ability, and an integral part of personal
wellness. This workshop offers skills and experience to bring mindfulness forward in individuals’ professional and personal lives.
This six-hour class is held at the World Forestry Center in Portland. It comprises a full day of lectures and small and large group discussions, as well as hands on practice and technique learning.
